1. 3. Screw air compressors, centrifuges, high-pressure piston compressors, oil-free compressors and high-power compressors with two or more stages of compression are not suitable for frequency conversion modification and may easily burn out the motor.

1. There are many types of frequency converters, but they have their own special requirements for compressors. Improper selection will affect the frequency conversion adjustment effect. Some factories are equipped with their own power generation equipment. The large fluctuations in the power grid require higher requirements for the allowable input voltage fluctuation range of the inverter for variable frequency air compressors;

2. The motor generates a relatively large amount of heat when running at low frequency, so it is recommended that the inverter use a vector control method with better low frequency characteristics;

3. Since the air compressor is a control system, there may be a variety of operating signals, so the frequency converter is required to have multiple sources of operation and frequency setting, among which communication methods are essential;

4. The PID function of the frequency converter in the system can accept common feedback quantities, and the PID must have feedback anomaly detection and feedback anomaly processing functions to avoid danger;

5. For other functions of the frequency converter, in addition to the common functions, according to the recommendations of the variable frequency air compressor manufacturer, the PT100 analog input channel requirements are added;

6. There are many industrial field automation equipments, and a bus network needs to be established to improve monitoring, control, etc.;

7. The electromagnetic compatibility requirements of the frequency converter are stipulated in the B-level acceptance (performance) guidelines of GB12668 "Speed-regulated Electrical Transmission System".
