💝 Why doesn’t the motor respond after turning on the machine? 💝
Check whether the phase sequence is reversed
If the compressor has phase sequence protection and the phase sequence is reversed, the phase sequence protection indicator will light up red and the motor will not run after starting the machine.
Swap any two connectors of the three-phase connector in the switch box. Remember, do not swap connectors in the motor's junction box.
💝 Why does the pressure gauge not return to zero?💝
Check to see if there is still gas in the hose.
If there is air in the hose, the pressure gauge cannot be 0.
Open the inflation valve again, deflate the air in the inflation valve and inflation hose and take a look again.
Slight errors are common during operation and can be ignored. However, if the error is too large, the pressure gauge must be replaced.
💝 When inflating, there is no air pressure coming out of the inflation tube, the pointer of the pressure gauge does not move, and the machine will automatically stop.💝
Please check the voltage
Please use 230V, 16A sockets, multi-strand cables with a size of more than 4 square meters, and do not use drag strips, etc.
💝Is the filter cartridge leaking?💝
Check whether the filter element is installed
If not, please install the filter element first.
Check whether the O-ring of the filter element is intact
If damaged or broken, replace the O-ring
